Cottage Catalog was founded in Lake Oswego, Oregon (near Portland) in 2004 by Janet Jones and Linda Leigh Paul. The two have worked together on national furniture and lighting design projects and collaborated on efforts to unify studios and small businesses to create new products and reach new markets. Their shared interests evolved into the Cottage Catalog after Linda was often asked to identify items (and their sources) that appear in the popular cottage books she produces for New York publisher, Rizzoli / Universe Publications, Inc.
Cottage Catalog showcases home accessories for contemporary cottage and cabin-style architectural interiors. Cottage Catalog supports and promotes the art and craft of artists and their studio work. The catalog specializes in handcrafted items of lasting quality. With materials ranging from metal and ceramics to glass and fabric, each item captures a texture or scent that embraces the heritage of a family or the memory of a place. Quality, simplicity and joyfulness are the characteristics we hope make each item a very personal selection.

Many of the photographs of our products were taken in the Garden Room of Elephants Delicatessen, serving Pacific Northwest cottage connoisseurs since 1978.
