Please feel free to leave us a message if we aren't in, and we will call you back.

Delivery

Handmade items are subject to availability. If an item cannot be shipped promptly, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping

Orders for candles and books usually ship the same or the next business day. Other items may take more time if it is a custom order. We will send you tracking information and let you know when your order has shipped. We ship via FedEx Ground throughout the USA. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses, please call us or email julia@cottagecatalog.com. Please provide a street address for delivery. If you need rush delivery, please call us to arrange for FedEx Priority delivery - actual charges will apply.

Gift Orders

We will gladly include a personalized gift card in each order at no additional charge. Most items can be gift wrapped. Tell us which items you would like gift wrapped and we will do the work for you. Cottage Catalog gift wrap is $5 per item.

Our Guarantee

We want you to love your Cottage Catalog purchases. If there is any reason you are not pleased, please let us know, and return your item by return mail within 15 days. Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging via insured and prepaid U.S. mail, FedEx or UPS, with a note as to whether you wish a refund or replacement. We will credit you for the amount of the item less the shipping charge.
